On September 28, 2022, the opening ceremony of Zeer Rail Transit Hyde Factory was successfully completed in Huajia Industrial Park, Panyu District, Guangzhou.

Hyde Factory is mainly engaged in subway train maintenance projects, including: ContiTech air spring and Dana coupler maintenance.
