　　We have extensive experience in rail vehicle services. Guangzhou Zeer Electro-Mechanical Science and Technology Co., Ltd., together with Shanghai Zeer Rail Transit Technology Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Hyde Transportation Equipment Co., Ltd., KWD Coupling (Changzhou) Co., Ltd., Wuhan Zeer Rail Transit Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Jiaqian Science and Technology Co., Ltd., were established by the same ultimate controlling shareholder, forming a total of six companies, and operate related supporting production facilities. The business scope includes new car accessories, spare parts, component overhaul, after-sales maintenance, product development.

　　Zeer Rail Transit has nearly 100 employees in total, with an office area of about 900 square meters and a factory area of about 4,200 square meters.
